Who is visible in the SEC ecosystem?

SEC’s FinTech operator directory lists Busha Digital Limited and Quidax Technologies Limited as Digital Assets Exchange participants under ARIP, while Blockvault Custodian Ltd appears in the regulatory-incubation ecosystem as a digital-asset custody participant.

These records are useful because they provide a regulator-visible starting point for operator diligence. They do not by themselves prove that every participant holds a final permanent licence for every activity.

Why operator status needs careful labels

SEC’s 2026 ARIP releases explicitly say that admitted firms receive Approval-in-Principle to operate within the defined scope of the programme and subject to conditions. AIP is therefore a controlled regulatory status—not shorthand for an unrestricted permanent licence.

For market-entry work, USDCinAfrica records the exact status, programme, activity and verification date before treating any firm as a viable partner candidate.
